WORLD POPULATION AND THE BIOSPHERE

1. Assume stability and restoration of some of the world's (earth) climate and vegetation after 200 years. (During first 200 years population peak is 144,000)

-therefore, millennium period for expansive population growth is 1000 minus 200 years or 800 years

2. Assume population growth doubles every 25 years (one generation) and no sickness or death.

PETER: I want you to tell me about the Holy City.

ANTHONY: You mean the one after a thousand years, or the Millennium Biosphere?

PETER: Yes, the Millennium Biosphere The first one.

ANTHONY: On-site power generators (during construction) would be natural gas, I don't know how long it would take to kick in the zero-point energy systems, they would emerge in the technology that develops during Armageddon for the war effort and, hopefully, proper computer distribution of knowledge in Canada, from Canada making a contribution to the war effort (would mean that we would acquire all of this technology from the Americans).

I don't know if it would be necessary to invoke the full cooperation of the Americans in light of the convincing necessity of building the biosphere. I think that if they would know anyway that we were building it because they would be able to monitor what we were doing with satellites anyway. And at a certain point before it's built or during the initial periods of development it would have to justified to them (the Americans) because they would see vast shifts in the economy, and they would understand that it's being built.

They would have to cooperate and then, I guess they would have to defend it initially while it's being built before the laser defence systems are set up for it. I don't know who would be the party in power in Canada, but it might be the Conservatives actually and it might not be the Reform, I'm not sure. Jean Charest is the leader of the Conservative Party right now. One of his parents was English and the other was French. Preston Manning, I don't think he realizes a lot of things. He is just sort of a little inebriated with the impetus of the western development of natural resources. I don't know who would politically take responsibility for it, but I would like to think it would be the Albertans, maybe Ralph Klein, I don't know.

PETER: You don't know, eh?

ANTHONY: I don't know, Ralph ...

PETER: Okay, well how would these people help or be part of this biosphere plan?

ANTHONY: Well, sometime during the next couple of years or more immediately than that, within the next six months… well people would be… you can look at it several ways. There is something called the world event matrix where you've got events unfolding that are just too close to home in terms of understanding prophecy and Armageddon, and eventually, I guess, the political leaders, the journalists and the scientists would come to the conclusion that there would be a concern about the preservation of the human race and, in that context, people would talk about, (or)possibly talk about what would be necessary to do… are there any conditions that (would) ensure the survival of the human race.

If that were the case, they might… the U.S. government might… release information on some of the research programs they have been doing with the biosphere and with missions to other planets. If they release that information, they would release in effect knowledge of the world event matrix which they wouldn't call the world event matrix they would call it contingency planning or intelligence operations, or other things, but it boils down to what's called a world event matrix, where the world event matrix is a series of cause and effect relationships which occur on a global scale, which can be explained by religion or science and mathematics.

An example would be if you add hydrocarbons to the atmosphere then you get a greenhouse effect, then you get weather-shifting and other problems. Another example, if you carry that a little bit further, would be the infrastructure of hydrocarbon technology would deplete natural resources and there is drive in the scientific community to discover more profound forms of energy and transportation, and then you get zero-point energy and graviton fields systems.

The problem is that in any world event matrix nodal point, when you go in a transition or a paradigm shift from one nodal point to the next it takes a major event to overcome the inertia in the system, and the inertia in the present system was created by the last nodal point which was the Second World War, and anything that came out of that nodal point is what is in mainstream society today. But, behind mainstream society is the preparation for the next nodal point or paradigm shift which would take place again through a series of extreme events, and that paradigm shift or nodal point would be the last half of the Tribulation, and the shift would be changing from the parameters that came out of the Second World War to the Millennium parameters.

The Millennium parameters are all the knowledge and effort that has gone into the opening (up of) the planet and the people, and some has been suppressed because of the military, industrial, and corporate structure which was entrenched in the Second World War. The transitional process could take one of several forms. It could take a Noah's Ark form… where there would be severe damage on the planet and the philosophy behind the Biosphere is the Noah's Ark philosophy (the Flood).

God said He would never destroy the Earth by water again, He did not say though that he would not allow man to destroy it, and He didn't say that it couldn't be damaged by another process other than water damage. There is a combination of philosophies that go into the Biosphere: one is the Noah's Ark philosophy, the other one is Moses philosophy which is the basic premise that at a certain point God said, "let my people go", and then the question is begged: well who are my people?, and according to the Apostle John, the people are the twelve tribes that have been dispersed throughout the planet and who might be primarily responsible in a meek and mild sort of way for maintaining civilization as we know it.

They could be scientists, they could be engineers, they could be preachers, they could be doctors, they could be Web artists, they could be a lot of things, but, at a certain point, it is said, "let my people go". That is the Moses philosophy. It is instructed that we are to live in the world but apart from it. Unfortunately, with all the bureaucracy that has entrenched people in the last several decades, living apart from the world although still in it is very difficult, and to actually escape the entrenchment of the world possibly would require building something that is totally separate from it that would be an Ark of safety for those that decide they no longer want to be a part of what's happening in the world, particularly if it is reaching a point of destruction.

Yet they want to glorify the Creator by preserving everything as it was done on the Ark, Noah's Ark. In the case of Noah's Ark, they had seeds and animals and plants, and the biosphere would have some Ark-type parameters. The Ark was at sea some period of time. It was made of gopher wood, pitch was used to waterproof it, it was three hundred cubits long, less than a hundred cubits high (actually 30 cubits), I'm not sure of the exact dimensions (it is actually 50 cubits wide), but for its time it was very large. During the construction of it (the Ark), the Nephilim, who were (related to) the Sons of God… who were the result of the sons of God going into the daughters of men, apparently were responsible in part for helping Noah build the Ark, although the Bible indicates that it was built by himself and his sons although he could have contracted in effect some of the work to these other creatures.

It's hard to say, he would have had domain over the existence of the creatures by the very fact that he was faithful to YAHWEH. When the Ark was eventually finished after many years of work, the waters were released from beneath the Earth, which would have been in geological layers, and above the Earth, which would have been the atmosphere. The transitional process flooded the ancient civilizations, destroyed the Nephilim, and preserved the clean animals and clean people.

Peter: Describe the reasons and concepts behind the biosphere. (Basic Concept Behind the Biosphere)

Tony:

Survival of a genetic pool of 144,000 through the tribulation of the world in the situation and condition of world atmospheric contamination. (Which comes out of the tribulation.) Instrumentation and a body of people that will refurbish the planet earth, through the millennium period, where the assumption is that the initial period of atmospheric hostility may last 200 years, and after that it would be possible to refurbish dwellings outside the Biosphere, and different parts of the world. Seed repositories will be taken and deposited in different parts of the world to re-establish ecosystems. The seed repositories may or may not, be based on genetic work. The world may not have normal seasons as we know them now. So, seedlings may need to have an accelerated growth process to… in an Eden-probe type effect… refurbishing ecosystems in different parts of the planet.

In the long-term the oceans would be responsible for stabilizing weather patterns. Although, the weather patterns, could be hostile for up to two-hundred years; including a form of a nuclear winter, severe ozone depletion and other effects. During the initial two-hundred-year period, teams of scientists, biology people, and environmental people, would be working within the biosphere. Working within the Science Complex there would be persons responsible (with the use of transportation vehicles) for monitoring and enhancing any ecosystem development in various portions of the planet.

The ecosystem development as indicated, would require seed repositories, and would also require taking samples. The transportation vehicles might involve energy devises that would be based on; zero-point energy, and beam and graviton fields. These energy systems would also be used to somehow re-stabilize localized weather patterns for seed and microbe deposit development in ecosystem restoration.

Technologies

The transportation vehicles which would be used for planet rejuvenation would come out of an Armageddon conflict, that would take place over a three-to-five-year period, culminating by the use of nuclear weapons.

The Armageddon conflict period which begins during the tribulation is culminated at the end of the tribulation and would promote the use of third millennium technology as was the case of the technology paradigm shift during the second world war. In WW2 Twentieth century technology was accelerated, including: the rocket, atomic energy, computers, radar, and various other forms of technology. In the third millennium transition through the Armageddon period, the type of technology which would be developed would include genetic technology which may, or may not, cure all disease. The genetic technology may, or may not, be used through this process. The other technology, which would be used in a millennium period to glorify God would be the graviton field technology, interdimensional folding technology, and multidimensional computing system technology and robotic technology serving for refurbishing the planet, and various other forms of energy technology.

Cold fusion may be a zero-point related technology. The cold fusion technology in general terms is used to describe a broad array of effects that are displayed with different materials when an electrolytic type of action occurs in a cell process that involves gas, liquid, and metal.

There are many non-secret patents in the area. The patents however would only be filed if they could get a monetary reward in a short-term period. For those who understand the process in greater detail and might want to protect even the discloser of a technology, they would not get a patent. An example is coca cola, who never got a patent for coke. Other companies who developed commercial products never got patents, hence never publicly disclosed their ingenuity.

The publications indicate (such as cold Fusion Times and other books available to the public) replicated results occurring in many countries around the world going back to early 90's. It is now 1998. The race for cold fusion is no longer a race. It is now a commercial or political or capitalistic situation. But I believe the real gems of cold fusion technology are reserved for the defence technology area.

A small cold fusion generator would be able to power quite sufficiently either a particle or beam laser weapon. And if it was ever hit with a missile, it would have relatively few contamination by-products. If a high-powered laser weapon (which has been developed in the United States particularly in defensive airspace including airspace defense against extraterrestrials) was powered by a nuclear generator it would be high risk technology in a conflict scenario because the fallout and contamination that would result from a fission generator (missile attack explosion).

Peter: Describe more about the structure of the Biosphere.

Tony:

According to the Book of Revelation the foundation is adorned with twelve jewels or gemstones. Now the foundation would be aggregate material up to a point. The tower foundations support the outside canopy wall or the wall that extends from the base of the foundational aggregate up to the top of the twelve towers. Here the canopy wall would be interfaced with the geo-pyramidal canopy. It is interfaced with quarter sections of the geodesic dome on the corners.

I believe that the twelve foundations of the towers will be largely responsible for bearing most of the weight of the canopy. The towers have an exterior frame support structure for the canopy. The outside walls will be partly supported by the twelve towers, but they will also be supported by a perimeter foundation which will be aggregate material which may not be a conventional concrete but something else that includes an extruded or a manufactured form of the twelve gemstones which will ensure either stress relief or electromagnetic properties that protect the city.

The aggregate material would include for instance chrysoprase, beryl, emerald, and other gemstones. The foundation would also have incorporated within it, as it is rounded in the corners, a circular power accelerator. The particle accelerator would be used for two purposes: to create a portable fuel such as antimatter, and for storage system in particle energy for reserve for any of the energy systems within the biosphere.

Basic dimensions of the Biosphere

The basic dimensions of the Biosphere for the outside perimeter are 6,750 ft. by 6,750 ft. square with rounded corners. The rounded corners have a radius of approximately 1,500 ft. The rounded corners define the geodesic fill in the corners of the square biosphere. The height to the top of the towers before they taper into their apex (roof section) is 606 ft. or one furlong. To the top of the apex is another 300 feet. The total tower height is about 900 feet.

The towers are 700 by 700 feet at the base.

Going up from the trusswork which is required to support the Dome canopy… going from the top height of the towers to the top of the apex of the geo-pyramidal canopy… that would be about another 900 feet in height. So, the total height from ground level to the highest point in the Biosphere is about 1,800 ft.

In terms of the geological stability, I will not disclose the location at this time, but the Biosphere would be in a very geological stable area. It may or may not, in the short term (meaning for the first 100 years), incorporate a natural gas energy source for co-generating power generators, even though this may be considered primitive.

Primary long term power systems would be Zero Point Energy.

In terms of stability however, part of the understanding is that the gemstones required for the foundational base will have piezoelectric properties. Which means that they can transform electrical energy into a force, through a series of artificially manufactured ceramic or pure piezoelectric crystals, incorporated into pillars. A large matrix of pillars could be used to balance any vibrations which are transmitted through the earth to foundation of the biosphere. This suspension system of either piezoelectric or magnetic pillars could be used with a series of force transducers and computerized control mechanisms, which would be used to stabilize the foundation and the structures in the event of seismic vibration.

Piezoelectric stress relief could also be used in the canopy and tower structures, particularly for thermal expansion/contraction stress effects and outside Biosphere related stress on the Dome.

The Twelve Towers

There are twelve towers which form a square shaped cross pattern. Each tower accommodates a living capacity for 12,000 people. 2,100 sq. ft. for 2.5 people, with one, two, three, or four people in each housing unit.

The apex levels of the upper levels of the towers would have congregation facilities, commercial retail facilities including grocery, sports facilities, libraries, and education services, and entertainment facilities, to accommodate each of the twelve towers which would define each of the twelve tribes.

Each person would have if they were so inclined, according to the will of the holy spirit, the ability to work approximately thirty hours a week in any of the different locations. There would actually be at least six locations, including the Biomes and the Apexes of the Towers.

The Christ Centre is the centre structure within the city. The Christ Centre involves a number of spiritual aspects of development on-going practice. Also, some of the primary power systems are in the Christ Centre. There are central knowledge systems in the Christ Centre and seed and genetic repositories. There is also a central command post in the Christ Centre, which is fed with Biosphere sensory signals and in turn has central control systems for all the structure/infrastructure components. There would most likely also be some distributed control systems.

The Recreation Complex (north end) is approximately 1,800 ft. by 800 ft. by 450 ft. high (outside estimate of dimensions), and in depth it would have quite an elaborate foundation itself.

The Medical Complex (health building) would be another large complex which would be located to the west compass direction of the city.

There would be a large Ocean Complex on the south end of the Biosphere.

To the east would be the Science and Engineering Complex which would include all the life sciences as well as physical sciences, and a maintenance series of decks or areas, compact manufacturing, and all the major engineering arts. Each of the facilities within the science and technology unit would be quite large. Again, that unit would have an 1,800 by 800 ft. (outside estimate) footprint with a height of 400 to 500 ft. and a series of air light shafts that proceed down the middle of it. The sides could be terraced, for form and design in terms of the way this unit interfaces with rest of the complex.

The twelve towers would have (2/3s up their base height) at the 400 ft. level, a monorail system that would connect the twelve towers and would allow for direct transportation from one tower to another. When the monorail is not used for transit, another way to get around is by foot, by bike and by elevator. The express elevators transit every five floors in the tower. Every five floors there is a major slab (or major metal framed floor).
